Options for single and double occupancy rooms, with AND without a/c (nights are expected to be cool). For those seeking shared rooms, register individually and later down the road we will give you an option to request a roomie. If you have no preference, cool! We will pair you with someone we believe is a solid match. For couples looking to book, there are options on the booking page, just click on the room you are seeking and it will guide you there.

FAQ’S
Q- What's the weather like there?
A- The days can be warm and sunny, and the nights chilly, so dressing in layers is recommended. It is the tail end of the “rain season” so showers can be expected in the afternoons on some days.
Q- Are spa treatments available?
A- Yes, you can book when you register, or once we arrive at Selva Armonia.
Q- Is wine or other adult beverages available at the retreat center?
A- YES! Wine, beer, and fresh cocktails are all available for purchase as well as smoothies and other health elixirs.
Q- How many people will be with us?
A- Somewhere between 16-24 people.
Q- Do I need my own yoga mat?
A- The retreat center will have all the yoga gear we will need. If you prefer to have your own, bring it!
Q- How much yoga will we be doing?
A- The amount of yoga we do depends on the day. A vinyasa will be offered daily, except the first and last day. gentle, yin, & restorative practices will be sprinkled in there as well as theta breathwork & primal movement.
Q- Are all yoga sessions required?
A- No, this is a transformational retreat. The yoga sessions can be of great benefit, though they are not required to feel a transformation within yourself.
Q- Are all group sessions required?
A- It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that you attend group sessions so you can feel the intention of the retreat , though you have every right to skip anything you feel is necessary for your well-being.
Q- Will Wi-Fi be available?
A- YES!
Q- If I have to cancel for some reason, will I lose all of my money?
A- Life happens. Though it is rare that people have to cancel, it happens. Since all payments are non-refundable, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance in the event that you have to cancel.
Q- What is the itinerary of a typical retreat day?
A- Fresh breakfast, yoga sessions, breathwork, group sessions, free time to relax by the pool, lunch, group excursion, gourmet dinner, sound bath, and a good nights rest!
Q- What happens if RYR or Selva has to cancel the retreat unexpectedly?
A- In the event the retreat has to be cancelled for unforseen circumstances you will be fully refunded by Selva Armonia
Q-What costs are NOT included in the retreat price?
A- Airfare to and from Costa Rica, transportation outside of the provided shuttle times, dinner in San Jose on the first night, gratuity for the venue staff
($7-10 per day is recommended), alcoholic beverages/smoothies/health elixirs, any extra food or snacks besides the provided daily meals, souvenirs, additional excursions, & spa treatments.
